Taemar & I did the Yeppoon 5km Park Run at 7am - first run for a while, but both happy with our times! We filled up with coffee & B&E rolls from the Yoga Cafe in town, then hit the road.
We stopped at Duaringa for a short breather (lovely spot with $10 donation to camp for the night), and then on to Lake Maraboon Caravan Park just in time for th AFL Grand Final. Unfortunately the 4G is almost non-existent and by the time we went to the backup plan and headed up to the bar at the park, Geelong was already looking like winners (half way through the first quarter)!
There was still time for some yoga by the lake and some gorgeous sunset photos!
