Day 16 - 18/9/22 - Burrum River, Trinity Islands Park

A misty morning (this didn't deter Eva from a sunrise swim!) turned into a beautiful day. We took Pippen to the nearby dog friendly beach where it was low tide and we could walk way out. There was hardly another person on the entire beach - it was beautiful and peaceful.

We stopped in at the Nikenbah markets then went to the long (really long) jetty at Urangan, saw some very large sting rays and then enjoyed fish & chips for lunch.

I played a round of golf in the afternoon at the Burrum District Golf Club - lovely 9 hole course, beautifully maintained. Taemar and Eva returned to the dog beach and this time it was high tide so they had fun teaching Pippen how to swim. Pippen didn't enjoy it anywhere near as much as Taemar & Eva.

We had a beautiful sunset and Eva & I enjoyed this while swimming in the canal. Cheese & bickies, wine, and a nice dinner were then enjoyed around the firepit.
